Gene and Gerry Diullo

Gene and Gerry Diullo established the Anton “Tony” Diullo Memorial Scholarship through the Ozarks Tech Foundation to honor the life and legacy of their late son. This endowed scholarship supports students pursuing a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree at Ozarks Tech, helping future healthcare professionals enter a field dedicated to rehabilitation and patient care.

Gene Diullo, a physical therapist, dedicated 26 years of service as a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service, including 11 years at the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield. Following his retirement, he continued his commitment to education and workforce development by becoming actively involved in the Ozarks Tech PTA program, serving as a clinical coordinator, advisory panel member, instructor, and volunteer. Together, Gene and Gerry created this scholarship as a lasting tribute to their son while continuing their shared commitment to healthcare education.
