Linda Gingry-Clark Memorial

In 2000, the loving family of the late Linda Gingry-Clark approached Ozarks Tech about ways to honor her memory. Linda was a caring and nurturing LPN who received her practical nursing certificate from Graff Vocational-Technical School—now Ozarks Technical Community College—after discovering a love for the profession as a young “candy striper.” She was passionate about nursing and helping her community and was deeply appreciative of the excellent training she received from her instructors. It was with great pride that the Linda Gingry-Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund was established by her family so that Linda’s impact could continue.

Impact

The family was pleased to create opportunities for Ozarks Tech nursing students, knowing they will enter the workforce to serve countless patients’ medical needs while helping address the community’s tremendous demand for health professionals—without the added burden of financial stress. The Linda Gingry-Clark Memorial Scholarship has not only eased concerns about how to pay for college, but has also changed the lives of dozens of students and their families.
