Ozarks Tech Foundation

The Ozarks Tech Foundation exists to expand educational opportunities and strengthen student success across the region through philanthropy, partnerships, and community support. Since its establishment, the Foundation has worked alongside donors, alumni, businesses, and community leaders to remove barriers to education and invest in the future of Ozarks Tech students.

One of the Foundation’s signature fundraising events is the annual Ozarks Tech Foundation Golf Tournament, hosted each fall at Hickory Hills Country Club. The tournament brings together community partners, sponsors, and supporters who share a commitment to helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Over the years, the tournament has become more than a fundraising event. It represents the collective generosity of individuals and organizations who believe in the life-changing impact of education and workforce training throughout southwest Missouri.

Impact

Through the annual golf tournament and other philanthropic initiatives, the Ozarks Tech Foundation has helped provide hundreds of scholarships to students attending Ozarks Tech. Funds raised through the tournament support the Ozarks Tech Foundation Golf Tournament Scholarship, helping students overcome financial barriers and remain focused on completing their education.

In addition to donor-funded scholarships, many internal scholarships at Ozarks Tech are created through program support and institutional partnerships that directly benefit students across academic and technical areas. These scholarships help support students pursuing careers in healthcare, skilled trades, manufacturing, public safety, business, technology, workforce development, and other high-demand industries throughout the region.

The Ozarks Tech Foundation also administers the Ozarks Tech Foundation Scholarship and numerous program-specific scholarship funds designed to increase access, retention, and completion for students from all backgrounds.

Together, these efforts strengthen the connection between community generosity, workforce development, and student success while helping more students build brighter futures through education.
