Pete & Debra Rothrock
Established in 2022 by Pete and Debra Rothrock, Scott’s Scholarship honors the life and legacy of their beloved son, Scott Anthony Rothrock. A gifted artist and creative spirit, Scott found joy in drawing, writing, and exploring the world through his vivid imagination. His family remembers him for his compassion, curiosity, and the meaningful connections he made with others.
Scott was a 2005 graduate of Parkview High School and earned an associate degree from Ozarks Technical Community College. He continued his education at Missouri State University and later pursued work in screen printing and design. Scott’s passion for art and learning inspired those around him, and his family’s hope is that this scholarship will help others find their path, just as Scott did.
Impact
Scott’s father, Pete Rothrock, served as the Director of Security at Ozarks Technical Community College before his retirement. The family’s connection to OTC runs deep, and their generous support through Scott’s Scholarship ensures that students at the college will have opportunities to thrive. Through this gift, the Rothrocks are preserving Scott’s memory by helping others grow, create, and build a brighter future.
