Norma A. Carolla Memorial Scholarship for CNAs

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum Ozarks Tech cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Applicant must be enrolled in the Certified Nursing Assistant short-term training course.
• Preference will be given to self-paying students. Students receiving employer-sponsored tuition assistance may still apply, but will only be considered if their application demonstrates clear charitable need.

Award Terms

• The scholarship is awarded for one semester only.

Use of Funds

• Scholarship funds may be applied toward tuition, fees, and/or required course materials.
• Award amounts are dependent upon fund availability.

Refundable

• This scholarship is refundable. Any surplus funds from this scholarship award will be directly refunded to the student.
