David D. Lewis Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum Ozarks Tech cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Applicant must be enrolled in the Business Management program.
• Applicant must be a resident of Taney County.
• Second priority will be given to residents of Stone, Christian, Douglas, and Ozark counties if there are no eligible applicants from Taney County.

Renewal Criteria

• The scholarship is renewable between semesters of the same academic year, provided the recipient continues to meet all eligibility requirements.
• The scholarship may be awarded annually for up to four semesters.
• Renewal is not guaranteed and is subject to fund availability.

Use of Funds

• Scholarship funds may be applied toward tuition, fees, and/or required course materials.
• Award amounts are dependent upon fund availability.

Refundable

• If a student receives other sources of financial aid, any surplus funds from this scholarship award will be directly refunded to the student.
