Frank Shepard Study Abroad Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a participant in the OTC Study Abroad Program, have an OTC GPA of 3.0 or above, and have completed 12 or more credits hours.

The scholarship is renewable between semesters of the same academic year, on the condition the student awardee maintains the eligibility criteria.
This scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and/or books.
Award total is dependent upon fund availability.

Refundable: If a student awardee receives other sources of financial aid, any surplus of available money from this scholarship award will be directly refunded to the student.
