Applicant must have an OTC GPA of 2.5 or above and be a resident of Christian or Greene County.

This scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and/or books.

Refundable: If a student awardee receives other sources of financial aid, any surplus of available money from this scholarship award will be directly refunded to the student.
