Healthy Blue Healthcare Scholarship for Community Healthcare Workers

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant must have either an unestablished GPA or a minimum Ozarks Tech cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Applicant must be enrolled in the Community Healthcare Worker short-term training course (ALHS 110).
• This scholarship is intended for self-paying students only. Students receiving employer-sponsored tuition assistance are not eligible, as the donor covers the full tuition balance.

Award Terms

• The scholarship is awarded for one semester only.
• Award amounts are dependent upon fund availability.

Use of Funds

• Scholarship funds are applied directly to tuition for the Community Healthcare Worker course.

Non-Refundable

• This scholarship is non-refundable. Any surplus funds are not returned to the student.
