Integrity Home Care & Hospice Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.5
Applicant must be an employee of Integrity Home Care & Hospice.
Applicant must be pursuing one of the following Allied Health programs:

• Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Physical Therapy Assistant
• Licensed Practical Nursing
• Associate of Nursing
  Priority given to applicants already accepted or enrolled in one of the programs listed above.

The scholarship is renewable between semesters of the same academic year, on the condition the student awardee maintains the eligibility criteria.
This scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and/or books.
Award total is dependent upon fund availability.

Refundable: If a student awardee receives other sources of financial aid, any surplus of available money from this scholarship award will be directly refunded to the student.
