Healthy Blue Healthcare Scholarship for Community Healthcare Workers

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant must be an enrolled Ozarks Tech student.
• Applicant must have either an unestablished GPA or a minimum Ozarks Tech cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Applicant must be enrolled in the Community Healthcare Worker course (ALHS 110).

Award Term

• This scholarship is awarded for one semester only.
• Award amounts are dependent upon fund availability.

Eligibility Notes

• This scholarship is intended for self-paying students only.
• Students receiving employer-sponsored tuition assistance are not eligible, as the donor covers the full tuition balance.
