At Ozarks Tech, students can complete one General Application to be considered for over 130 scholarships!
Once submitted, the system automatically matches you to scholarships based on your qualifications. If you’re matched, you’ll receive next steps through your Ozarks Tech email.

How to Apply

Complete the FAFSA
While not required for every scholarship, submitting the FAFSA is highly recommended to maximize eligibility.
Sign in at the top right of this page
Use your Ozarks Tech username and password.
Complete the General Application
– Answer all questions
– Write a short essay on how receiving a scholarship will support your success
– Submit any required documentation
Confirm Degree-Seeking Status
Applicants must be enrolled as degree-seeking students at Ozarks Tech to be eligible. If you are unsure of your status, follow up with your College Navigator.
Apply Every Semester
New scholarships may become available throughout the year. Completing the application each semester gives you the best chance at receiving funding.

Application Deadlines

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The summer/fall 2026 application deadline has been changed to the following:
Fall & Summer Semesters: February 1 – June 1
Spring Semester: September 1 – November 1

What to Expect After Applying

Application Review: After the application period closes, all submissions are reviewed and scored by our scholarship committee. Every application is automatically considered for all available Ozarks Tech Foundation and Institutional awards.
Notification Timeline: Students who are selected to receive a scholarship will be notified by email approximately 4–8 weeks after the application deadline. Be sure to check your Ozarks Tech email regularly.
Review Your Offers: Once notifications go out, you can log in to the scholarship portal to view any scholarships you’ve been offered. Read each offer carefully to understand the requirements and benefits.
Accept Your Award: If you are offered a scholarship through the Ozarks Tech Foundation, you must log in and accept the award in the portal to officially receive it.
Meet All Requirements: Keep your grades up and complete any listed conditions to maintain your scholarship.
Check Your Ozarks Tech Email: We’ll send updates, reminders, and instructions to your student email, so check it often!

Award Notifications for Spring 2026/Fall 2026

Notifications will be sent by December 19, 2025
Update (8/5/2025): Scholarship selections for fall 2025 are finalized. If you received an award, it is listed under the “My Applications” tab in the portal. Please review and accept your offer to ensure processing.

Types of Scholarships at Ozarks Tech

Institutional Scholarships: Offered by Ozarks Tech based on academics, program, leadership, or financial need.
Ozarks Tech Foundation Scholarships: Privately funded by donors, awarding over $650,000 annually with criteria set by donors.
