CoxHealth Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicant must be an enrolled Ozarks Tech student.
• Applicant must maintain a minimum Ozarks Tech cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Applicant must be a dependent of a CoxHealth employee (employees themselves are not eligible).
• Recipient may be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours or more) or part-time (11 credit hours or fewer) in one of the following programs, or in a pre-allied health program with intent to enroll in one of the following:
  Emergency Medical Technician (Basic and Paramedic)
  Medical Laboratory Technician
  Occupational Therapy Assistant
  Physical Therapist Assistant
  Associate of Science in Nursing
  Practical Nursing
  Respiratory Therapist
  Surgical Technology
  Health Information Technology
  (This list may expand as new programs are offered at Ozarks Tech and approved by CoxHealth.)
• Preference will be given to applicants who have participated as community volunteers in health-related areas or organizations (such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or agencies like Heart, Diabetes, or Cancer Societies) and who demonstrate financial need.

Renewal Criteria

• The scholarship is renewable between semesters, provided the recipient continues to meet all eligibility requirements.
• Renewal is not guaranteed and is subject to fund availability.

Use of Funds

• Scholarship funds may be applied toward tuition, fees, and/or required course materials at Ozarks Tech.
• Award amounts are dependent upon fund availability.

Non-Refundable

• This scholarship covers tuition and fees in full at Ozarks Tech.
• The award is non-refundable, and other anticipated financial aid may affect the total award amount.
