At Ozarks Tech, students can complete the General Application to be considered for over 100 scholarship awards. The system automatically matches students to awards based on their qualifications. Once matched, students will receive notifications via their OTC email with detailed instructions on the next steps. These steps typically include:

1. Reviewing Matched Scholarships: Students should carefully review the scholarships they have been matched with to understand the specific requirements and benefits of each award.
2. Accepting the Award: Students must formally accept the scholarship offer through the scholarship portal to confirm their acceptance and secure the award.
3. Meeting Award Conditions: Maintain the necessary academic performance and fulfill any other conditions specified by the scholarship to continue receiving the award.
4. Regular Updates: Keep an eye on your OTC email for any updates or further instructions regarding your scholarship status.

How to Apply:

1. Complete the FAFSA at studentaid.gov (highly recommended to be considered for additional opportunities).
2. Sign in using the same username and password you use for the campus login portal.
3. Complete the General Application by answering all applicable questions and writing an essay explaining how a scholarship would help you succeed.

Application Periods:

Fall & Summer Semesters: December 1 – June 1
Spring Semester: September 1 – November 1

Award Notices: Students are typically notified within 6-8 weeks after the application has closed on their application status through their OTC email account. Scholarship notifications will be sent on or before the following dates:

• Summer 2025 Semester: June 27, 2025
• Fall 2025 Semester: July 25, 2025

Update 12/18/2024: Scholarship selections for Spring 2025 have been finalized. If you were selected to receive a scholarship award for Spring 2025, the details can be found under the “My Applications” tab. To ensure your scholarship is processed, please review your award offer and select “Accept.”

Available Scholarships: Scholarships currently available are listed below, along with brief information about their qualifications. Note that more scholarship awards may become available and are not listed below, so students are encouraged to apply every semester.
